According to the national "novel coronavirus Prevention and Control Plan", combined with the current situation of epidemic prevention and control in our district, the leading group for epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19 District decided to lift the silent management of Xin _ Street and Da _ Street in Beilun District except for seven delineated areas from 20221October 25th 12: 00, and resume normal epidemic prevention and control measures.

Around Gaotang Village in Xinjie Street: Fuchunjiang Road in the east, Gaotanghe River in the south, Bohai Road in the west and Huangshan Road in the north;
Around New _ Street old food market: East to Donghetang Road, south to Jessie East Bridge, west to Zhonghe, and north to Jingang Road;
Around Xu Xingwu, Xingyang, Xin _ Street: Donghe Road, Dingxiang River in the south, Caozi Waiyang Road in the west and hengshan road in the north;
Surrounding the Bottle and Pot Garden in Dajie Street: Hutang Village self-built houses in the east, Hutang Village self-built houses and Bottle and Pot Nanyuan in the south, He Shan South Road in the west and Lingfeng Mountain Road in the north;
Surrounding Tai _ Street Bottle Pot Beiyuan: East Yan South Road, south to Lingfeng Mountain Road, west to Shenzhou serviced apartment Site, and north to Greening Elderly Activity Center;

Areas that have been released from silent management should continue to implement the control requirements of "personal protection and avoiding gathering", strengthen social control, and do a good job in small door management:
1. Restore basic living security service places in an orderly manner. After the approval of the street and market supervision bureau, the people's livelihood service places such as pharmacies, food markets and supermarkets will be opened in an orderly manner. All personnel can enter with a 24-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, and strictly implement measures such as wearing a mask, body temperature scanning, ventilation and disinfection, and prohibit people from gathering.
2. Do a good job in industrial enterprises' resumption of work and production in an orderly manner. According to the principle of "focus first, steady recovery" and the plan for industrial enterprises to resume work and production in Beilun District, after the approval of the streets and functional departments, industrial enterprises will resume work and production in an orderly manner, and enterprises will take measures to prevent and control the epidemic.
3. Strictly strengthen personnel management. All personnel gathering activities are prohibited. In principle, it is not allowed to flow across the street, and it is not allowed to go to the area where the silent management has not been lifted. Strict implementation of normalized nucleic acid detection, the implementation of "landing inspection" and three-day inspection for street personnel outside the province, and two-day inspection for street personnel outside the city.
4. Strictly implement the "small door" control. The village strictly implements "small door" control, strictly implements "one door and one post" and implements a 24-hour duty system. People entering the community must scan the place code, check the health code, travel code and negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.
5. Strictly control all kinds of meetings and activities. We will not hold large-scale meetings, forums, exhibitions, wedding banquets, night markets and other gathering activities for the time being, and advocate postponing weddings, keeping funerals simple and not holding banquets.
6. Strictly implement the triage system of medical institutions. Patients with "Top Ten Symptoms" found in individual clinics and outpatient departments should report to their street by telephone. All kinds of pharmacies continue to stop selling "four kinds of drugs". If they have fever, dry cough, sore throat and other suspected symptoms in COVID-19, they will take the initiative to report to their street.
All public places in the seven silent management zones will be closed, the flow of people will be strictly controlled, "home-to-home service" will be implemented, assembly activities will be strictly prohibited, and traffic checkpoints will be strictly controlled. There are special needs such as emergency and medical treatment, which need to be reported to the street for approval.
At present, the situation of epidemic prevention and control is still grim, and there are still great risks in the cross-regional mobility of personnel. Beilun has not been opened to the whole world. Please raise awareness of risk prevention, enhance the awareness that "everyone is the first responsible person for their own health", fulfill personal epidemic prevention responsibilities, strictly implement the regulations of wearing masks, scanning codes, checking negative certificates of nucleic acid detection, consciously abide by relevant laws and regulations on epidemic prevention and control, and obey the management of epidemic prevention and control in the village. At the same time, the results of the whole staff's nucleic acid test are an important basis for determining the opening of the whole region.
