There are two reasons why people get sick: poor circulation and lack or imbalance of trace elements.
Four elements of human health: 1. Happy mood, 2. Balanced nutrition (especially mineral supplement), 3. Ensure rest (never stay up late or overwork), 4. Appropriate activities.
Remember ten words: "Keep your mouth shut" (medicine is three points toxic, and overeating is nine points toxic), "running your legs" and "getting sick from your mouth" (if you get sick due to improper diet, you can also treat it with proper diet).
Diet principle: "Good breakfast, full lunch and little dinner".
The fuller you eat, the better. The less energy you have, the sooner you die.
People have three choices to treat diseases: self-treatment, traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.
Self-treatment: this method has been used for hundreds of thousands of years since ancient times, and it is also the most economical and safest treatment. Ordinary ingredients that seem inconspicuous often have unexpected magical effects.
Traditional Chinese Medicine: This method is unique to China. It has been used for about 2,500 years since the slave society, and it is the accumulation of more than 2,000 years' experience. Pay attention to "looking, smelling, asking and cutting" and use exclusive bark and grass-roots Chinese herbal medicines. The main treatment methods are decoction and oral administration, as well as acupuncture, scraping, massage, massage, plaster and other external treatments.
The purpose of taking Chinese medicine is to supplement trace elements (minerals).
Acupuncture, scraping, massage and massage are all aimed at promoting circulation.
Western medicine: a method developed in recent 400 years, which was introduced to China in the early 20th century.
According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the reason why people get sick is "seven internal injuries and six external diseases". The so-called seven emotions refer to "happiness, anger, worry, thinking, sadness, fear and surprise". Love hurts the liver, anger hurts the lungs, sadness hurts the spleen, and panic hurts the kidney. The so-called six evils refer to the "wind, fire, heat, dryness, cold and humidity" of the weather. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, in addition to the above five internal organs, there are six internal organs, which are exterior and interior, the heart and the small intestine are internal organs, and the heart governs the small intestine (does it matter? ); Liver, gallbladder is fu-organs, and liver governs gallbladder; Lung, the large intestine is the fu organ, and the lung governs the large intestine (can the lung govern the large intestine? ); Spleen, stomach, kidney. The bladder meridian is a fu-organ, with five internal organs above it, but there is still one dirty, so we have to do one dirty: pericardium, one fu-organ: triple energizer. Traditional Chinese medicine is based on experience and has no scientific reason at all. This is a far-fetched theological theory that cannot be completely explained.
According to the theory of western medicine, people get sick because germs and viruses invade the human body. Western medicine pays attention to science, and everything is based on measuring body temperature, blood pressure, anatomy and detection of urine, blood and feces. Microscopic observation, X-ray perspective, CT and magnetic vibration scanning are the basis, so western medicine is a science. But the human body is extremely complex, and some of it is unclear. For example, the meridians of the human body do exist objectively, but they are invisible to anatomy. Acupuncture, massage, scraping and cupping are all based on meridian theory, and practice has proved that they can really cure diseases, but western medicine can't understand the mechanism of treatment and make a scientific explanation anyway.
Western medicine can cure diseases quickly without eradication. Traditional Chinese medicine takes effect slowly, but the prognosis is good; Therefore, we should seek western medicine for acute diseases and Chinese medicine for chronic diseases. If there is no disease or disaster, never go to the hospital; If you have a minor illness, try not to go to the hospital; If you are seriously ill or injured, go to the hospital at once.
What does Chinese medicine rely on to treat diseases?
Yan believes that in fact, Chinese medicine can cure diseases mainly by the minerals contained in it.
There are 92 elements in nature, and four elements (accounting for 98. 14% of the body weight) constitute the human body. Other essential elements are: calcium (accounting for 1. 5% of body weight), potassium (0. 2% of body weight) and iron (0.004% of body weight).
There are seven kinds of nutrients that people consume: protein, fat, starch (sugar), cellulose, vitamins, minerals and water. Traditional Chinese medicine is mainly composed of bark (such as Eucommia ulmoides Oliv. ), rhizome (such as Radix Isatidis), tuber (how to Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. ) and a few animals and minerals, so it is also called Chinese herbal medicine. In protein, eating soybean (protein content 36%) is better than eating Chinese medicine, peanut oil (99%) is better than eating Chinese medicine, and sweet potato (over 86%) is better than eating starch (sugar). Speaking of cellulose, the most typical way to eat Chinese medicine is to boil the medicine and drink soup without taking any cellulose; Speaking of vitamins, after picking, drying and storing for a long time, not many vitamins are destroyed, only one point is completely destroyed when boiling soup. Therefore, Chinese medicine can cure diseases mainly by the minerals contained in it.
Why does Chinese medicine pay special attention to the place of origin? Fritillaria cirrhosa, for example, must be produced in Sichuan. If the product produced in Zhejiang is called Fritillaria cirrhosa, its medicinal properties are completely different from those of Fritillaria cirrhosa, because different mineral components can cure different diseases.
Wild ginseng, forest ginseng and garden ginseng (cultivated ginseng) but after laboratory comparison, the components are exactly the same. But the efficacy is very different, so the price is very different. Since the ingredients are exactly the same, why are the effects quite different? Its essence is that the mineral composition that can cure diseases is very different.
There are 92 elements in the world, and the human body needs 8 1 element. If the human body is not short of minerals and balanced, then this person has strong resistance and can cope with various diseases. If he doesn't eat for two meals, he won't faint from hunger, he won't be exhausted, and he won't be afraid of cold or heat. Resistant to fatigue and harsh environment.
In fact, there is little demand for minerals. Ten and eight atoms on a chromosome are enough. The whole body is also calculated in micrograms, but it is impossible without it. For example, there is an element called selenium. If the human body lacks this mineral, it will get cardiovascular disease, diabetes and cancer. Normal people should consume 50 ~ 250 micrograms per day, but the soil in most parts of China is deficient in selenium, and the normal diet can only get 65438. However, inorganic selenium is highly toxic and cannot be absorbed by human body (selenium is insoluble in human stomach acid), and only organic selenium that can be dissolved in water can be absorbed by human body. Even if it is organic selenium, people's absorption of various organic selenium is different. Not only that, excessive supplementation of organic selenium, with an average of more than 400 micrograms (0.0004 grams) per day, will cause poisoning. It is really "no, no more."
The composition of minerals is also very important to the human body, which is also "Cr". Trivalent chromium ion is essential to human body, and if it is lacking, it will lead to cardiovascular disease or diabetes, but hexavalent chromium ion is extremely toxic to human body. How to obtain minerals beneficial to human body, the common method is to eat animals and plants containing these minerals.
How does mineral deficiency affect people's metabolism?
The lack of minerals in human body mainly affects "gene expression", that is, the process of chromosome replication, which is simply the process of cell division, and one becomes two. If the human body lacks minerals, it cannot divide into healthy cells. How do disabled cells cope with bacteria and viruses? As a result, bacteria and viruses take the opportunity to multiply in large numbers, and people get sick.
Minerals are also called trace elements. If people directly supplement minerals, they can't supplement them, and sometimes they are poisoned. In the past, the old Taoist alchemist may have eaten them to supplement minerals, but he was poisoned after eating them. This is an example of improper mineral supplement. Many natural minerals are insoluble in water, even if people eat them, they can't digest them. Therefore, people can not directly supplement natural minerals, but can only take them from edible animals and plants. The roots of plants can secrete an enzyme to dissolve the minerals they need, make them soluble in water, and then be absorbed by the plants themselves, so the minerals contained in plants are the best for the human body. Minerals in plants mainly exist in skins, roots and seeds. Isatis indigotica and Isatis indigotica are a kind of plant, but the curative effect of Isatis indigotica is better than Isatis indigotica, which is the reason. Minerals in animals mainly exist in skin, bones and internal organs. The minerals contained in animals are often not as much as those in plants because of repeated enrichment, but the high mineral content and quick effect in animal medicinal materials are its advantages.
At present, people are generally short of minerals, so they are in a sub-health state for a long time, which is characterized by weakness, fear of cold and heat, inactivity (laziness), gluttony, obesity and powerlessness. They lack minerals for three main reasons:
1. Reduction of minerals in the land: Due to the extensive use of chemical fertilizers, the land is becoming more and more barren. Chemical fertilizer is composed of three to six simple elements such as urea, sulfur, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen, thiamine and potassium nitrate, and has the effect of compound fertilizer. However, the land absorbed 92 kinds of crops. Due to planting and harvesting year after year, there are fewer and fewer minerals left in the land. Now the mineral content in crops is only about one-seventh of that in the 1950s, which is also the reason why the taste of crops is getting worse and worse. Traditional Chinese medicine relies on minerals to treat diseases, and the taste difference between food and drink also lies in the different mineral components.
Second, people process food too carefully and remove minerals that are beneficial to human body: most of the minerals in plants are in the epidermis, but at present, people's staple food: rice and flour (wheat flour) uses the most mineral-containing parts (epidermis and germ) as feed to pigs, horses, cattle, sheep, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs. Their ideal way to eat is: rice: boil rice bran and steam rice with this water; Wheat: ground into whole wheat flour, which has poor taste and perception, but retains valuable minerals. Recently, the United Nations Health Organization identified polished rice and white flour as junk food for this reason.
Third, people eat too much oil, which affects the absorption of minerals: all taboos of Chinese patent medicines indicate: "Don't eat spicy and greasy food", because spicy food will stimulate the stomach, which will cause pressure on the stomach, thus affecting the absorption of minerals, while greasy food will wrap the ingredients, so that the stomach must digest fat before it can come into contact with minerals. After the oil on the food surface is digested and absorbed, the gastrointestinal peristalsis will be greatly reduced, and the absorption of minerals will also be greatly reduced, thus affecting the absorption of traditional Chinese medicine.
However, people can't live without oil. The main component of oil is fat, also called fatty acid. According to the authoritative release of the United Nations Health Organization, the human body needs to consume 25-28g of fat every day, and a pack of 100g instant noodles contains 22g of fat. So eat less oil and eat good oil (such as deep-sea fish oil, linseed oil, safflower seed oil, walnut oil and tea oil) to be healthy.
Fatty acids are divided into cis fatty acids and trans fatty acids. Fatty acids existing in nature are all cis fatty acids, which are divided into saturated fat and unsaturated fat. Animal fat is mostly saturated fat, and vegetable fat is mostly unsaturated fat, so the human body has demand for both fats.
Trans fatty acids are artificial substances formed when the oil temperature exceeds 200 degrees. For millions of years, almost all life on earth did not know about it. Once it enters the human body, it is easy to absorb and difficult to decompose, and it often accumulates in the stomach to form a big belly. When it enters the blood, it will cause blood to be sticky and adhere to the inner wall of blood vessels, causing hypertension and atherosclerosis, and forming cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. There is an English proverb: the longer the belt, the shorter the life span. That's the truth. Fried food contains more trans fatty acids and is the first junk food.
How to supplement minerals?
According to the recommendation of the United Nations Health Organization, people should eat at least 12 kinds of food every day and at least 25 kinds of food every week. These foods complement each other and can basically provide minerals needed by the human body.
Although Zhang Wuben (a little liar who made his fortune with the slogan "Eat sick after eating") is a liar, his words are still reasonable: when eating, people should pay attention to red, yellow, green, white and black, sweet and sour, raw and cooked, thick and thin, and vegetarian, so that people will not get sick.
1. Eat more coarse grains: coarse grains contain many minerals, such as millet, corn and various beans. Eat less rice and white flour. (The iron content of millet is 18 times that of rice)
2. Eat more black food: such as black-bone chicken, black pork, black fungus, black sesame, black rice and black beans. All black food is healthy food.
3. Eat more tubers grown in the soil, such as sweet potatoes, potatoes, radishes, lotus roots and peanuts, and eat more (often) nuts, such as pine nuts, walnuts, melon seeds, peanuts and chestnuts. These foods all contain more minerals.
4. Take some authentic Chinese herbal medicines for invigorating qi (pay attention to the production of the place of origin, otherwise it will have no effect, such as Ganoderma lucidum produced in guanxian and Lycium barbarum produced in Zibo, which basically have no effect; Only Ganoderma lucidum produced in Guizhou, Yunnan and Tibet and Lycium barbarum produced in Ningxia can be effective.
5. Eat less or no junk food, and prohibit smoking and drinking.
6. You can also take some mineral-rich insect powder, such as ant powder, ground beetle powder, salamander powder, silkworm moth powder, etc. Or take artificial drugs or supplements rich in minerals, such as gold partners, multivitamins, Dunaliella salina, bamboo salt, spirulina, etc.
