Around this goal, the "National Ten Articles" defined the main tasks of the insurance industry: broadening the insurance service field, actively developing property insurance, life insurance, reinsurance and insurance intermediary markets, and improving the insurance market system. The promulgation of "National Ten Articles" is a major event in China's insurance industry and a milestone in the history of insurance development, which has great practical and far-reaching historical significance. 2006 will also be an extraordinary year in the history of insurance, and the insurance industry will make a great leap. Two, people-oriented, vigorously develop life insurance. The "National Ten Articles" pointed out: "To adapt to the new situation of perfecting the socialist market economic system and building a new socialist countryside, we will vigorously develop personal insurance services such as commercial endowment insurance and health insurance to meet the insurance protection needs of urban and rural people."
