Good evening everyone. I am Xu, a teacher of life art and perfect yoga. Tonight, I am very happy to talk to you about some of my personal life experiences.

More than 20 years ago, I had too much breast milk after giving birth to my daughter, and I didn't understand it at that time. Then the next month is basically eating more vegetarian dishes, so it's slippery. When I went to the hospital for reexamination, the doctor told me clearly that your illness had left a moon disease, called chronic gastroenteritis. This month's illness has been with me for 14 years, and every day of my life 14 years has been spent in diarrhea.

Looking back now, it seems that it was not my life, because I really came to an end with that life experience.

1995 contact yoga. In this year, I will be a bride and want to keep fit. I taught myself yoga postures in a magazine ordered by my father-in-law.

What a coincidence of life! Coincidentally, after suffering from moon disease, after treatment, the effect is very little, and finally I want to try to cure my health through yoga.

During that time, I lost everything that a normal person should have, but I had what I shouldn't have. When my husband and I go out, I feel inferior because several people will say, "Hey, Yu He, is this your sister?" I feel very sad when people ask my husband that. As a woman, no one wants to be a few years older than their actual age, so others will mistakenly think that I am my husband's sister ... In such a physical condition, my mentality is also greatly affected.

Fortunately, in July 2009, The Art of Living came into my life. After the introduction of Yoga Younger, I entered the art happiness course of life, which is the breathing method of happiness course, adjusted my state of mind and rescued me from pressure and negative emotions. Of course, I have to thank myself for being able to keep practicing very seriously after acquiring a good skill.

After knowing the art of life, perfect yoga really changed my physical condition, and my health benefited from perfect yoga. Breathing, knowledge and meditation in perfect yoga really took me from a state where my body seemed a little fragmented and almost reached a low point of health, step by step, month after month, year after year, from a low point of health to health!

Many people will ask, xu teacher, why do you insist on practicing and teaching perfect yoga?

This is a very, very wonderful life experience. When I saw from myself that perfect yoga improved my health, I really wanted to be such a teacher. I taught myself hatha yoga for eight and a half years, Iyengar yoga for five years and Zhang Huilan yoga for three and a half years. Because of my previous study experience, I naturally know which kind of yoga is better for my health, which gives me the discernment of yoga choice.

So basically every Sunday night, I will offer a perfect yoga experience class, part of which comes from the experience course content of the perfect yoga textbook, and share with you what is perfect yoga and what is the difference between perfect yoga and other yoga.

I have taught outside before, including Hangzhou, an old yoga studio for more than ten years. At that time, my private class was 600 yuan, my group class was 150 yuan, and 200 yuan was 300 yuan. Then why did I come back to teach perfect yoga?

I have been teaching outside during 20 18-2020. I really saw the difference between yoga and perfect yoga in society. I think my yoga career should not focus on the price, but should present my life to spread the value of yoga, which is my mission for the rest of my life.

The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit root "yu"

J "means unity, so what is the definition of perfect yoga?

Many people will think that yoga is a very difficult exercise and needs very good flexibility, but what I want to share with you here is that yoga is really (absolutely) not kung fu on a yoga mat.

Simply put, yoga is a healthy, happy and natural lifestyle. Yoga is an ancient wisdom to tap all your potential. Yoga is a discipline beneficial to physical and mental health. By taking care of our body, mind and mental outlook, we can bring them into a harmonious state.

Such knowledge can be found in ancient Indian books five or six thousand years ago.

We will teach some postures in the experience class tonight, so what is postures? How should the posture be done?

Patan Jali defined the posture method-a stable and comfortable posture is the posture method. Practice posture steadily, comfortably, forcefully and effortlessly.

What do these three words mean? This is your way of expressing your love for your body. How do we love ourselves? Because we love beauty, we buy some high-end skin care products and apply them to our faces. We wear brand-name clothes because we want to show our temperament and make people pay attention to us. Wow, I'm so beautiful. But have you ever thought about your health? How do you express your love for health?

Do some stretching, twisting and rotating in your stable and comfortable posture, combine breathing with exercise, relax your nervous system with a smile, and bring your attention to the feeling of your moving parts. You are expressing your love for your body. These are the three main points of pose method. First of all, let's smile. When we smile, we will relax the nervous system of the whole person. Second, let our breathing and movements combine to connect you with your body, because breathing is a bridge or connection between the inner and the outer. The third and most important point is to bring your attention to the feelings of your moving parts. You can close your eyes when practicing asana.

The practice of yoga is to shift our attention from the outside to the inside. Paying attention to your inner feelings is more valuable, meaningful and important than paying attention to everything outside.

Now let's talk about breathing. What is the first action in our life? It's a breath, right? The last act of life is to breathe again. We call it life between breaths. In addition, 90% of toxins in our body are excreted by breathing, while ordinary people only use 1/3 of their vital capacity. Therefore, most people usually don't realize the quality of their breathing. With the practice of breathing, correct inhalation will bring us more life energy, and correct exhalation will discharge more carbon dioxide or waste gas in the body. Therefore, the practice of breathing means that we will expand the maximum vital capacity, bring more mental outlook to our whole system, and make us energetic, or more energetic.

When we practice posture, or when we kneel, our feet will become numb, sore and swollen. How are these formed? This is directly related to the smoothness of our meridians.

When we practice some breathing methods with perfect yoga, we will clear some blockages at the meridian level; Through our correct breathing practice, it will also enhance our life energy, activate our meridians, and activate our chakras, or clear the blockage of the meridians, and the chakras will be activated.

If the whole meridian becomes more and more smooth, each of our eyes will shine and our skin will shine from the inside out.

How does the skin shine from the inside out? What kind of breathing method guides our skin to be bright and ruddy from the inside out?

In the first step of perfect yoga, it has a breathing method, Kapa Iabhati, which is also a detoxification technique. With our daily practice, it can not only expel feces from our intestines, or relieve constipation, but also calm the endless thoughts in our minds.

There is an Indian proverb that your intestines are your second mind. If the intestines are not clean, or there are too many substances left in the intestines, then imagine that each of us has a body temperature. What will happen if those residual substances stay in our bodies? Will ferment, will produce a lot of gas after fermentation, and so on. The gas produced in this situation usually leads to negative energy and negative thoughts about things. Our negative energy and thoughts have a considerable relationship with the uncleanness of the intestines.

So when we do some cleaning for the intestines every day, or practice some detoxification breathing methods, the intestines will become cleaner and cleaner. The face is the mirror of the intestines. When our intestines are clean, your face will light up from the inside out I don't need to look at others, I just need to look at my face. /kloc-when I suffered from intestinal diseases in 0/4 years, I had chloasma, large pores, loose skin and wrinkles, which I shouldn't have at my age. That is a great wealth to me. I enjoyed it early.

But ask those old friends around me. Twenty years ago, my classmates or friends who knew me would say, xu teacher, you are 10 years younger than ten years ago. Frankly speaking, it's true, except that my teeth are a little worse than 20 years ago, others are really healthier than 20 years ago.

So I really appreciate these technologies, and of course I appreciate my persistence. I took this responsibility for my health and enjoyed a result of this action. It is a very good, healthy, young and energetic self that everyone wants to have.

Of course, perfect yoga presents far more than some postures and breathing methods I have mentioned here. It is also our way of life and some principles of our effective action. In the course, we will learn what yoga is, the definition of yoga and so on, which can be used in our lives.

Nowadays people are quite impetuous because of some work pressures, such as mortgage and car loan. I've seen a lot of people in this situation. In fact, there are two ways to breathe in perfect yoga, which can calm our mind instantly. One is buzzing breathing, which is very simple. However, its shock wave can make our whole nervous system relax instantly, slow down and make us feel quiet instantly. Some friends who can't sleep well can be adjusted by humming breathing; There are also sensory breathing methods. It has a good effect on improving anxiety and impetuousness. You'll know after you practice.

Everyone has different feelings, so I can only share mine. Because I feel really good, I often share it with my old classmates, new friends and old friends. Many of these friends I shared became teachers. These two days, we have a lot of volunteers in the art of living, at least five of whom should be here. All five volunteers will take part in the teacher's course, and they are all beneficiaries of various courses in the art of life.

Perfect yoga, taking care of our bodies, our thoughts, our energy, our concentration, the patency of our meridians and the health of our intestines, is really perfect.

After the perfect yoga class, there is morning exercise every day. Let me also share the health benefits that our students have gained through this 100 day of practice.

At that time, he only practiced for more than two months, and then one morning after finishing the exercise, he shared with me: "xu teacher, my back pain has disappeared!" Then I asked him by the way, how long have you had a backache? He said, "Six years, six years!"

We also have several students. His wife came to tell me. She said, "Fang Hui, you have been teaching perfect yoga for so long. What posture is good for constipation? " I said, "Who told you to ask?" She said not to worry about anyone. I said, then let him enter perfect yoga. In the perfect yoga course, my husband has been constipated for more than two years, and the course is not over yet. Naturally, he will. In addition, they not only saw the effect, but also practiced seriously. They are husband and wife in Chengdu, and their family business is doing well, but as long as they have time, both husband and wife come to do morning exercises and praise them for their two points, and they are really responsible for their health.

Of course, he didn't tell me in class. It was a long time before his wife told me. She said, Huifang, do you know? Our family, before the end of your course of treatment, constipation will be fine, very smooth, and will never bother him again, so he will follow you in the morning exercise very diligently. She thanked me very much! I really don't need to thank the teacher. The only thing I have to thank is myself. Because I am responsible for my health and take time to take care of my health, it is normal and logical to have health.

Many people may think, alas, the perfect yoga may be practiced by middle-aged and elderly people. In fact, more and more college students come here to study. At present, the health status of some college students is not optimistic, and some little girls come to receive retraining again and again. I see that they have changed a lot. Every time I see their changes and when they come to share with me, I am really happy. That's my biggest harvest!

The content of our open class tonight is to protect the spine and open the back. The spine is the core of our whole body. According to the six motion directions of the spine, let our spine do some stretching, twisting and rotation, which can adjust the scoliosis, humpback with chest or pelvis leaning forward and backward, and also adjust the flexibility of the spine to make our spine stronger and stronger, and make the whole person look more upright and have a better mental outlook. Of course, these stretches of the spine will also promote blood circulation in the back and consume fat.

Nowadays, people watch more computers and mobile phones because of work and other reasons, and their cervical vertebrae are not very comfortable. I remember my daughter a few years ago. At that time, she had just graduated from college. She told me how my cervical spine wobbled and crunched when it was rotating. This sentence scared me! At this time, I realized that more and more people are consuming cervical vertebrae excessively, so my recent open class postures will basically have more experience on cervical vertebrae, shoulders and neck. Of course, these contents are all in the perfect yoga class.
