Decision on the management measures of premarital health examination in Shandong Province
(Order No.90 1998 of Shandong Provincial People's Government "Decision on Amending the Measures for the Administration of Premarital Health Examination in Shandong Province" was approved by the provincial government on April 30th, and is hereby promulgated for implementation)
According to the relevant provisions of the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China, the provincial government has decided to make the following amendments to the Measures for the Administration of Pre-marital Health Examination in Shandong Province:
1. Article 15 is amended as: "The administrative department of health and the administrative department of civil affairs shall regularly inspect, guide and supervise the units undertaking premarital health examination. Found in violation of these measures, it should be corrected in time. Those who are directly responsible for the adverse consequences shall be given administrative sanctions by their units or competent departments; If the circumstances are serious, his qualification for practice shall be cancelled according to law. "
2. Article 16 is amended as: "The certificate of premarital health examination issued by units and individuals who have not obtained the Permit for Premarital Health Examination is invalid. The local health administrative department shall order it to stop premarital examination activities, and may give a warning according to the circumstances and impose a fine of less than 3 times the illegal income. All fines will be turned over to the state treasury. "
3. Delete Article 18.
In addition, according to this decision, the order of some provisions of the above regulations is adjusted accordingly.
This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
