1. Take China Construction Bank as an example, open the China Construction Bank app and click on the top left corner of the page.
2. Next, click Login.
3. After logging in, click Enjoy Life as indicated by the arrow.
4. After entering the Enjoy Life page, click More.
5. On the subsequent page, click on the medical insurance payment.
6. Next, enter the policy number to inquire about the payment.
