The responsible physician must have the qualification of practicing assistant physician or practicing physician, and the records of diagnosis and treatment of key diseases within the jurisdiction are complete, and the diagnosis rate of residents must reach 90%. Our center requires that the rate of neonatal card establishment should reach 100%, the rate of full vaccination of five seedlings should reach over 95%, and the rate of timely vaccination of the first dose of hepatitis B should reach over 90%. It is also necessary to master the situation of floating children in this area and vaccinate them in time. All responsible doctors should publicize vaccination and actively participate in temporary arrangements such as strengthening immunization and emergency vaccination. Children's health care doctors are responsible for the management rate of children's system, requiring more than 90%.
(6) Women's health care. It is required to master the health status of women of childbearing age and pregnant women within their jurisdiction, and to mobilize and inform pregnant women to carry out maternal health care management.
