1. Retrieve the password through the parents' assistant: Open Huawei tablet for healthy use, and click "Forgot password" to enter the password reset interface. Enter the previously set secret answer, click "Verify", and enter the reset interface after verification. In the reset interface, select "Retrieve through Parent Assistant", enter the account number and password of the parent assistant, retrieve the password and reset the new password.

2. Restore factory settings: Select "System" in the "Settings" option of Huawei Health Tablet. In System Settings, locate and click the reset option. Select "Restore Factory Settings" in the "Reset" option, enter the screen lock password of the tablet computer, restore the factory settings and clear the password.
