Routine monitoring counties: all counties in the pilot areas where the nutrition improvement plan is implemented are listed as routine monitoring counties.
Key monitoring counties: Among the 22 provinces implementing the nutrition improvement plan, 3 counties were randomly selected as key monitoring counties, and 50 counties were selected for key monitoring.
(2) Monitor schools.
1. Routine monitoring school
According to the principle of random sampling, primary schools and junior high schools are classified according to three modes: school canteen feeding, enterprise (unit) feeding and family (individual) feeding. All kinds of schools choose 30% primary schools and junior high schools as routine monitoring schools. When a certain feeding mode is less than three primary schools or junior high schools, all schools under this feeding mode are selected as routine monitoring schools.
Routine monitoring schools, from the first grade of primary school to the third grade of junior high school, take/kloc-0 per class (about 40 students, half boys and half girls) to participate in routine monitoring. When the number of students in each grade is less than 40, all the students in this grade will be included in the monitoring scope.
After the monitoring students are determined, they remain relatively fixed during the monitoring and evaluation period, and follow-up monitoring is implemented.
2. Key monitoring schools
Among the routine monitoring schools in key monitoring counties, two primary schools and two middle schools were randomly selected from various feeding modes as key monitoring schools.
In the key monitoring schools, from the first grade of primary school to the third grade of junior high school, 1 class (about 40 people, half male and half female) is selected from each grade to participate in the key monitoring. When the number of students in each grade is less than 40, all the students in this grade will be included in the monitoring scope.
After the monitoring students are determined, they remain relatively fixed during the monitoring and evaluation period, and follow-up monitoring is implemented.
