Does pure water preparation need to be run every day? How to deal with the purified water system when it is not producing?
I believe that many equipment managers and company leaders will have this problem after purchasing pure water equipment. Considering the operating cost of the equipment, here are some suggestions for reference (pharmaceutical companies may have verification Requesting businesses, please ignore the following advice).
1. Pure water equipment serves production. The operation and stop of the equipment depend on the production arrangement.
2. For short-term production suspension (within one month), the equipment does not need to be shut down, and the water and electricity are constantly flowing. The pure water tank is discharged once every three days. The discharge amount can be more or less, and the machine can automatically produce water. Before formal production, water is produced after emptying.
3. If the equipment is shut down for a long period of time (more than one month), fill the reverse osmosis membrane, resin tank and other components with sodium bisulfite solution before shutting down, and close the inlet and outlet of the components. Before formal production, the sodium bisulfite solution should be emptied first, and then the system should be flushed until the water quality reaches the standard before water can be officially produced.
