Citizen Card Usage:
1. Zhenjiang Citizen Card is a multi-purpose smart card issued by the municipal government for citizens to handle personal related social affairs and enjoy public **** services.
2. The application scope of the Zhenjiang Citizen Card includes four major areas: governmental applications, public **** business applications, commercial applications and financial applications. With the gradual loading of applications, citizens can enjoy the basic medical insurance for residents, social insurance, public transportation card, provident fund inquiries and other services
3. It can also be used to make payments, settlements and information inquiries for water, electricity and gas, communications, cable TV and other kinds of consumption activities such as food, housing, travel, tourism, purchasing, entertainment, and so on; in the financial aspect, it can be used to realize ATM deposit and withdrawal of funds, the issuance of wages and benefits, and Internet banking transactions; Meanwhile, Citizen Card can also realize access control and other special applications on campus and in small districts.
