The Ministry of Health, in conjunction with the State Food and Drug Administration, is responsible for the organization and management of the project, including determining the training program and organizing its implementation, determining the content of the training, designating the institutions to be specifically responsible for the training and assessment, and supervising and guiding the training and assessment work. The Expert Committee on Rational Use of Medicines of the Ministry of Health is responsible for the specific implementation of training on the management and rational clinical application of special medicines in medical institutions across the country, including the formulation of specific work plans and work programs, the preparation of training materials, the organization of national teacher training, the organization and guidance of training in various regions, and the organization of the supervision of the training, propositioning and assessment of the training, and other related work. Provincial health administrative departments are responsible for organizing and managing the training program in their own jurisdictions, guiding the training work in each region, and assisting in organizing the assessment of trainees.
