Dr. Zhi Liu is currently a professor at Waseda University, Japan. Dr. Liu received his B.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China, and his Ph.D. degree in Informatics from the National Institute of Intelligence Studies, Japan. Dr. Liu Zhi has served as a special researcher for the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science and Technology (JSPS), and has been a visiting scholar at the University of Waterloo, Canada, and the école Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, Switzerland. Dr. Zhi Liu has led several vertical research projects, including the Young Scientist Fund of the Society for the Promotion of Science, and has also participated in the research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China.

Dr. Zhi Liu has served or is currently serving as a member of the technical committees of several international conferences and as a guest editorial board member of renowned journals. Dr. Zhi Liu will be the chair of the workshop technical committee of ICNC in 20xx. Dr. Zhi Liu received the Young Scholar Award from the Japan Society of Electronics, Information and Communication (JSEC) in 20xx.
