The wastewater discharged from the plant is mainly some juice sewage, the water contains suspended solids, chromaticity, sewage biochemistry is poor, mainly inorganic pollution. The process includes the following:
Regulation of water quality and quantity, air flotation and degumming, anaerobic fermentation and decomposition, aerobic treatment, separation of mud and water, biological treatment and biological filtration, disinfection and qualified discharge. The process adopts the combination of air flotation, anaerobic, aerobic and aerated biofilter, which has significant effect on the treatment of juice wastewater, and the effluent water quality is stable and meets the standard discharge. Air flotation process to take direct ultra-fine high-efficiency air flotation machine, which can save engineering investment and operating costs, the composition of the use of air-floatation principle of preliminary removal of suspended solids and organic matter in the wastewater, adding flocculants in the water intake pipeline, you can remove suspended solids in the wastewater, but also eliminates the conventional flocculation and precipitation filtration and other complex processes.

Immobilized aeration biofilter set adsorption, oxidation and filtration in one, the treatment effect is good, the amount of sludge is small, low power consumption, good effluent quality, is currently the advanced process of water treatment. In the traditional biological treatment, there is a common difficult to degrade will produce inhibition of microorganisms, resulting in high effluent water quality, the system microbial activity is not high phenomenon. And our company uses high efficiency microorganisms to overcome this shortcoming, the product is the use of genetic engineering means of natural microorganisms to strengthen and modify the microbial activity and adaptability to improve the microbial activity, can effectively degrade the sewage in the difficult to degrade organic matter.
