What emergency measures should be taken in response to emergencies?

Article 49 After the occurrence of a natural disaster, accidental catastrophe or public ****sanitary incident, the people's government which performs the duty of unification and leadership may take one or more of the following emergency response measures:

(1) Organize the rescue and treatment of the victimized persons, evacuate, evacuate and properly relocate the people under threat As well as take other relief measures;

(2) quickly control the source of danger, mark the dangerous area, blockade the dangerous place, delineate the cordon area, traffic control and other control measures;

(f) organize citizens to participate in emergency rescue and disposal work, requiring people with specific expertise to provide services;

(h) according to the law from the strict punishment of hoarding, price gouging, counterfeiting and selling and other disruptions to the market order (viii) severely punish, in accordance with the law, hoarding, price gouging, counterfeiting and other acts of disruption of the market order, stabilize market prices, and maintain market order;

Article 50? After the occurrence of a social security incident, the people's government that organizes the disposal work shall immediately organize the relevant departments and by the public security organs in response to the nature and characteristics of the incident, in accordance with the relevant laws, administrative regulations and other relevant provisions of the State, to take one or more of the following emergency disposal measures:

(a) mandatory segregation of the parties who are confronting each other with the use of instruments or participating in the conflict by acts of violence, and proper resolution of the on-site disputes and disputes, and control the development of the situation;

(ii) control the supply of buildings, means of transportation, equipment, facilities, as well as fuel, gas, electricity, and water in a specific area;

(iv) strengthen the security of vulnerable core organs and units, and setting up temporary cordons near state organs, military organs, state news agencies, radio and television stations, and foreign embassies and consulates in China;

(v) other necessary measures prescribed by laws, administrative regulations and the State Council.

When an incident that seriously jeopardizes public order occurs, the public security organs shall immediately deploy police forces in accordance with the law, and take appropriate coercive measures in accordance with the law according to the situation at the scene, so as to restore the social order to normal as soon as possible.

Article 51? In the event of an emergency that seriously affects the normal operation of the national economy, the State Council or the relevant competent department authorized by the State Council may take necessary emergency measures such as safeguard and control to protect the basic needs of the people and minimize the impact of the emergency.

Article 52? The people's government that performs unified leadership duties or organizes the disposal of emergencies may, when necessary, requisition from units and individuals the equipment, facilities, sites, means of transport and other materials needed for emergency relief, request other local people's governments to provide manpower, material and financial resources or technical support, request enterprises that produce and supply essential goods and emergency relief materials to organize production and ensure supply, and request organizations that provide medical care, transportation and other public **** service organizations to provide the corresponding services.

People's governments that perform unified leadership duties or organize the disposal of emergencies shall organize and coordinate transport operators to give priority to the delivery of materials, equipment, tools, emergency rescue personnel and people endangered by emergencies.

Article 53? The people's government that performs unified leadership duties or organizes the disposal of emergencies shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the unified, accurate and timely release of information on the development of emergencies and emergency disposal work.

Article 54? No unit or individual shall fabricate or disseminate false information about the development of emergencies or emergency response work.

Article 55? Residents' committees, villagers' committees and other organizations in the place where an emergency occurs shall, in accordance with the decisions and orders of the local people's government, carry out publicity and mobilization, organize the masses to carry out self-rescue and mutual rescue, and assist in maintaining social order.
