In order to strengthen the safety of special equipment, the Law on Safety of Special Equipment stipulates that all sectors of society and individual citizens should participate in the safety supervision of special equipment. In the production process and daily life, any unit or individual has the right to report illegal acts involving the safety of special equipment to the regulatory authorities and relevant departments, and the department that receives the report shall promptly deal with them.
"Give full play to the role of social supervision and protect the public's right to know." Kan Ke, deputy director of the Legal Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC), pointed out that the special equipment safety law stipulates that the special equipment supervision department shall regularly announce the safety status of special equipment to the public. The law also requires the regulatory authorities to establish a complete supervision and management file and information inquiry system for special equipment registered according to law, so as to facilitate the public to inquire about the safe use of special equipment.

Encourage the implementation of the liability insurance system related to large-scale amusement facilities, and improve the emergency handling and compensation ability of accidents.
regarding the use of large-scale amusement facilities, it is clearly stipulated that the operating and using unit shall submit the first periodic inspection application to the special equipment inspection agency within one year after the completion of the installation supervision and inspection of large-scale amusement facilities; One month before the expiration of the regular inspection period of large amusement facilities, the operating and using units shall put forward the requirements for regular inspection to the special equipment inspection institutions. Special equipment inspection institutions shall conduct regular inspections in accordance with the requirements of safety technical specifications.
at the same time, the operating and using unit shall carry out the pre-operation trial operation inspection, routine inspection and maintenance, regular safety inspection and truthfully record the equipment. Before the national legal holidays or large-scale mass activities are held, the operating and using units shall conduct comprehensive inspection and maintenance of large-scale amusement facilities, and strengthen daily inspection and safety duty.
The regulations point out that the operating and using units should make emergency plans, and also make special emergency plans for each large amusement facility, and organize emergency rescue drills for each large amusement facility at least once a year.

The Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China jointly issued a notice a few days ago, and since January 1, 214, China will implement the preferential policies of deferred personal income tax on enterprise annuity and occupational annuity.
The personal income tax policy for enterprise annuity and occupational annuity introduced this time not only refers to the EET model adopted by developed countries, but also fully considers the specific reality of China. The specific contents include:
(1) In the annuity payment link, the enterprise annuity or occupational annuity paid by the unit for employees according to the relevant national policies and regulations is not paid by individuals when it is included in personal accounts; The part of the annuity paid by individuals according to the relevant national policies and regulations, which does not exceed the standard of 4% of the taxable base of the salary paid by them, is temporarily deducted from the taxable income of individuals in the current period.
(2) In the investment link of annuity fund, when the distribution of investment and operation income of enterprise annuity or occupational annuity fund is included in personal account, personal income tax will not be levied temporarily.
(3) In the annuity collection process, the enterprise annuity or occupational annuity that individuals receive when they reach the retirement age stipulated by the state shall be subject to individual income tax according to the applicable tax rate of "income from wages and salaries".
After the introduction of the annuity personal income tax policy, all annuity participants can enjoy the benefits of deferred tax payment, and a considerable number of participants will also reduce their personal income tax burden to a certain extent.
