For measuring instruments that are not subject to compulsory verification, what main means should be used to achieve the purpose of unified measurement?

At present, the state stipulates that only the measuring instruments used in trade settlement, safety protection, medical and health care, environmental monitoring, etc., which are listed in the Catalogue of Working Measuring Instruments for Compulsory Verification in People's Republic of China (PRC), will be subject to fixed-point periodic verification. Compulsory verification shall be carried out by metrological verification institutions affiliated to or authorized by the metrological administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level. In fact, the measuring tools used around us really belong to the scope of compulsory verification. How to replace them in order to achieve the purpose of uniform values and no objection to testing, it is necessary for us to establish a ledger for the measuring instruments used (except compulsory inspection), formulate a periodic verification plan, and conduct periodic verification as planned in order to achieve the purpose of uniform values. Periodic verification enterprises can carry out it by themselves, or they can entrust metrological institutions or qualified metrological testing laboratories (companies) to carry out it. General periodic verification can be specified according to the usage of measuring tools, including 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, and the longest 24 months. However, it should be noted that the verification must be completed before the next verification date, and it is not allowed to use beyond the time limit.
