Adopt the water treatment technology of small-area internal circulation and long-distance and long-time passing through the system, fully absorb the water, decomposition products and low fluorine in SF6 gas, and realize comprehensive non-toxic discharge. After one-time treatment, the water content can be reduced to below 40PPmV, reaching the national recharge standard. The system has reliable performance. When the molecular sieve is regenerated, it does not need to be disassembled, assembled and replaced, so it is convenient to use. Only the molecular sieve dryer needs heating and vacuum regeneration, and its performance is restored as before.

3. Recovery and aeration adopt two independent pipelines to prevent cross-contamination of waste gas and purified gas. The aeration pipeline is equipped with a unique heating gasification and reinjection filtration system. External recovery and inflation can be used at the same time without interference.
