Commercial grade (0~70 degrees Celsius), industrial grade (-40~85 degrees Celsius), automotive grade (-40~120 degrees Celsius), military grade (-55~150 degrees Celsius). Of these, military grade is considered for medical devices, aerospace, and life engineering.
Commercial grade has the most versatility and all monoliths can be applied.
Industrial-grade microcontrollers are much less common, with more European, American and Japanese chips.
Automotive and military grade is the least, only a few U.S. companies, Russia, and European companies have production, the core technology are in the hands of others ah ~ ~ we do not have.
Taiwan's chips are 80% commercial-grade, and a few can be industrial-grade, including Sunplus's SPMC65 and 75 series, and a few from Yilon and Huabang.
