3, welder should wear insulating gloves, not wet hand operation, in order to avoid electric shock when welding. It is forbidden to use defective welding tools and equipment.
4, high-altitude welding workers, should correctly fasten your seat belt, set up a horizontal pocket net and spread colored cloth under the working face, and use a dense mesh fence around it to prevent welding slag from splashing.
5. Welding is not allowed on equipment with pressure (liquid pressure or gas pressure) or charged.
6. The power cord fixed on site must be protected by plastic sleeve to prevent the processed parts from being crushed and getting an electric shock.

Six, the scene of the accident disposal
1, on-site disposal of electric shock accident

5, fire accident scene disposal

When it is necessary to cut the wire far away from the fire, the live wire and the zero wire should be cut separately to avoid short circuit at the jaw, and also to prevent the power cord from falling to the ground and causing short circuit and electric shock to people. (2) When the power cord cannot be cut off in time for other reasons, on the one hand, send someone to the power supply terminal to connect the power supply; on the other hand, when putting out the fire, all parts of the human body should keep a certain enough distance from the charged body.
(3) When extinguishing electrical fires, use fire extinguishing agents with good insulation performance, such as dry powder fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers, 12 1 1 fire extinguishers or dry sand. It is forbidden to use conductive fire extinguishing agent.
(4) During gas welding and gas cutting, when the oxygen hose is on fire, it is not allowed to bend the hose and die. The oxygen valve should be quickly closed to stop oxygen supply. When the acetylene hose catches fire, the torch fire should be turned off first, and a section of hose can be bent in front to put out the fire.
Generally speaking, if there is a fire, put it out with a fire extinguisher first. If the situation is serious, call "1 19" immediately and explain the fire location, situation, informant and unit.

3, homework personnel should know the fire control facilities and fire exits in this part before operation;
4. During hot work, the person in charge of hot work safety and the guardian shall supervise the whole process to prevent fire accidents;
