After careful verification, the annual report data on maternal and child health in our county are completely consistent with the data from the "Three Networks Monitoring".

2. Our county exchanges reports with the family planning, public security, statistics and other departments every quarter, carefully checks whether the relevant data is consistent, finds the causes of problems in a timely manner, and makes corrections in a timely manner.

The information statisticians of our county’s maternal and child health hospital go to the Migrant Population Management Office of the Family Planning Bureau every quarter to check the number of births of the migrant population in the county; they go to Shuangjiang Police Station every quarter to print out the birth settlement list, effectively avoiding Shuangjiang Underreporting and overreporting of births occurred in town administrative agencies, enterprises and institutions.

5. Earnestly carry out the supervision of grassroots maternal and child health accounts

According to provincial and municipal requirements, our county’s maternal and child health hospital, 8 township (town) health centers and 76 villages (Neighborhood) committees have adopted a new ledger that is unified across the province. This year, during the "Three Network Monitoring" underreporting investigation, the County Maternal and Child Health Hospital conducted comprehensive supervision on the accounts at the township and village levels, including whether the statistical data at the county, township and village levels were consistent, the status of the data on the wall, and the Whether the ledger registration system is consistent with the reported data, etc. The inspection results show that the data reported by the county are completely consistent with the ledger data, and the data of each village (neighborhood) committee in each township (town) has been posted on the wall.

6. Carefully compile the 20__ Maternal and Child Health Statistical Yearbook

The "Yearbook" reflects the county's maternal and child health input and output, and also provides information on the county's maternal and child health services. The main work indicators are rich in content and information, and provide basic data and work references for health administrative departments and maternal and child health managers to make decisions, research, inspect, and standardize maternal and child health work.

This year, our county’s maternal and child health statistics work has made new progress, but there is still a gap between the requirements of superiors. Improving the quality of statistical data is still a long-term and arduous task. Next year, we will continue to focus on the quality of statistical data.
