5. Have a notarized criminal record;

Portugal Immigration Policy
Non-EU citizens who purchase one or more sets of property (residential and commercial), as long as the total value reaches 500,000 euros, the main applicant, his/her spouse, and his/her children under the age of 18 years old will be able to obtain the right of abode in Portugal within two months. After obtaining the right of abode, the investor is required to live for 7 days in the first year and at least 14 days cumulatively in each of the next two years, and can apply for permanent residence after 5 years.
Applicants are not required to attend an immigration interview, nor are they required to have management experience, language or education requirements, and they are not required to provide proof of assets or explain the source of funds.
