The hospital has set up 30 clinical departments, 19 medical and technical departments and one-stop health check-up station with advanced facilities and equipment, as well as modernized laminar-flow operating rooms, blood purification rooms, disinfection and supply centers, ICUs, CCUs, NICUs, RICUs, PICUs and so on of first-class national standards. The pain department was approved by the provincial health department as "provincial medical clinical specialty" in 2006, and the orthopedics and cardiovascular department are the key specialties at the municipal level.
