Three months of training learning life for me is a kind of training, but also a test. For the care of the family never left, but also in the work outside the independent action I have not, in this separate life, my harvest is undoubtedly abundant. I am grateful to the leadership of the institution and all those who cared and loved me for this rare opportunity! It is this opportunity that has enabled me to improve my professional skills, and I would like to share my learning experience with you. Cardiovascular Specialized Hospital can complete the cardiovascular specialty of the emergency, difficult, doubtful disease diagnosis and treatment. At present, the hospital has carried out emergency and routine percutaneous endocoronary angioplasty, non-open heart disease interventional blockage surgery such as: (atrial defect, ventricular defect, arterial conduit failure) percutaneous balloon dilatation of cardiac valve stenosis, pacemaker implantation (single-chamber, double-chamber, triple-chamber pacing and ICD), radiofrequency ablation (treatment of tachyarrhythmia) is the domestic advanced level. Pericardiectomy, surgical repair of congenital heart disease, valve replacement and coronary artery bypass grafting are the first in the whole country. I feel honored to study in the interventional room. The instructor was very attentive to me. I just went to a new department is very strange. My instructor gave me a detailed introduction to the environment, the staff and workflow, the location of the drugs and items, so that I could familiarize myself with the environment more quickly. Every morning, the nurses in the interventional room would take the initiative to arrive at work 30 minutes earlier. The number of patients undergoing surgery was increasing day by day, and they had fewer staff members, and their workload was heavy every day, but they divided the work and worked in unity to make sure that the patients received the most satisfactory care during the surgery. In the three months that I have been there, there has not been a single complaint from any of the patients, and all I have seen are the silk flags hanging all over the walls. The leadership of the department pays great attention to business learning, and will often organize everyone to attend various lectures. Also by the department's experienced 'physician to explain the complications of intervention and prevention, treatment. This makes them sensitive, calm and well-trained in their work. In private, they study related professional knowledge, and when they encounter new problems, they discuss and learn new knowledge together. Under the guidance of the instructor and my own efforts I have been able to deal with some of the emergencies that arise in the course of surgery.
When working in the department, I can feel that they have a very strong sense of self-protection, and they are able to reasonably explain the various questions raised by the patients and clearly inform the development of the disease and the prognosis.
Through this rare learning opportunity, I have a basic understanding of cardiovascular intervention. Back to work, I want to apply what I saw in the medical school with our intervention room with the best choice of methods, and bring the good style and experience to work to improve the quality of our work.
