1. First determine whether the working power supply uses alternating current or direct current. Because these two different power supplies determine the different working characteristics of the two electromagnets.
2. Then based on the suction force of 8000 Newtons, you can find the required magnetic flux by referring to the relationship between magnetic flux and suction force in relevant books such as "Controlling Electrical Appliances".
3. Determine the model of the iron core material used (can be obtained from the merchant), and calculate the required magnetic potential F according to the magnetization curve (or parameters) provided by the iron core model.
4. Calculate the required current I and the number of turns N of the coil based on the calculated magnetic potential F: F=IN. Among them, I should be calculated according to the capacity of the power supply used; after I is determined, the number of turns N=F/I can be calculated.
5. Then calculate the volume occupied by the coil and the specific size of the magnetic circuit based on the number of turns and the thickness of the coil wire.
6. Finally, perform various checks to determine whether the capacity, electrical power, suction, etc. meet the requirements. Once the requirements are met, manufacturing and debugging can be carried out according to the design
