National Football League Warm-Up Fixtures December 2023

The National Football League warm-up fixtures are scheduled from December 23 to December 29, 2023.

On December 23, 2023, in the first round of the warm-up match against Malaysia, the Chinese national Olympic team was shut out in the last minute and lost 0:1. For the match, head coach Cheng Yaodong made four changes to the starting lineup, with Yu Jin Yong replacing Huang Zihao in goal, Ruan Qilong replacing Zhu Yue, and Baihe Lamu and Tao Qianglong replacing Hu Huotao and Jia Feifan respectively.

The national football team played a warm-up match against the UAE's second division regional sports team in Abu Dhabi on Dec. 25, 2023 and won 5-1. The match against Oman is the national football team's second warm-up match for the Asian Cup, and the team also plans to warm-up with Hong Kong, China.

The Chinese team is preparing for the Asian Cup in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, and the team will warm up with Oman. The Omani Football Association announced today that the warm-up match between the Omani team and the Chinese team will be played in Abu Dhabi on December 29, 2023 at 19:15 (December 29, 2023 at 23:15 GMT).

Team history

China's national soccer team was founded in 1924, and the women's team was established in 1984. It joined the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) in 1931, withdrew in 1958 and rejoined in 1979.
