Enterprise Attendance System

1. 1. In order to regulate the normal working hours of employees and maintain the company’s normal working order, this system is specially formulated.

2. This system applies to all employees in all departments of the company.

2. Attendance content

1. The company’s attendance implements a manual attendance sheet system managed by the office.

2. Requirements: Employees must stick to their posts during working hours and are not allowed to leave their posts without authorization. They are strictly prohibited from engaging in non-work-related activities during working hours. Employees must abide by the company's commuting and get off work hours and are not allowed to be late, leave early or be absent from work.

3. Employees who arrive at (leave) their posts at the prescribed time and leave their posts without the approval of their leaders will be deemed to have left their posts without authorization and will be considered absenteeism.

4. Attendance instructions:

(1) Being late within 15 minutes, and leaving get off work less than 15 minutes in advance will be considered leaving early.

(2) Being late for more than 15 minutes will be regarded as being absent from work for half a day.

(3) Being late or leaving early three times in total will be considered as half-day absence.

(4) If you are late for more than 15 minutes due to an unexpected incident, and the office finds out that it is true, you can be granted a replacement leave. Those who are absent from work should be ordered to make a written inspection and fined according to the penalty system.

3. Attendance sheet management

1. The office must keep strict attendance records. The attendance sheet must be registered on the same day and must not be filled in later. Unified holiday symbols must be used.

2. Arrive at the roll call office on time every morning (7:00 a.m.) and line up for attendance check. Those who are absent will be treated as late or absenteeism.

3. The office visits various departments from time to time to check on work. Those who should be on duty but are not will be considered absent from work for half a day.

4. When employees need to be transferred internally due to work needs, the attendance sheet should be adjusted by the office.

5. If you are traveling for business, you should go to the office for manual attendance check before the business trip. After the business trip, you need to report to the office.

6. The attendance sheet will be compiled by the office and submitted to the Finance Department at the end of the month.

4. Vacations and other holidays

1. Employees can take 2 days of public holidays each month. During the public holidays, they need to apply at the office in advance. They are only available on Saturdays and Sundays.

2. For other holidays, the "Employee Leave Application Form" must be filled in and approved by the general manager.

3. Personal leave shall not exceed 2 days per month, and wages will be deducted on the day of personal leave.

4. After the sick leave is certified by the company's designated medical unit, it will be approved by the general manager and granted according to the actual situation, and a daily subsidy of 10 yuan for sick leave will be given. Sick leave cannot be used separately.

5. Employees have 3 working days of marriage leave, and 7 days are awarded in line with late marriage and late childbearing (men over 25 years old, women over 23 years old). Marriage leave cannot be used separately, and a daily subsidy of 10 yuan is provided.

6. Female employees who have worked for more than three years, married late and have one child are entitled to 90 days of continuous maternity leave. Those who have worked for more than one year and less than three years have 60 days of maternity leave, with a daily subsidy of 8 yuan. Those who have worked for less than one year will not be entitled to subsidies and will be treated as personal leave.

7. When an employee’s immediate family members (parents, spouse, children, parents-in-law, parents-in-law) unfortunately pass away, the employee shall be entitled to a bereavement leave of no more than 3 days, with a daily subsidy of 10 yuan for the bereavement leave, which can be paid in one Use divided within the month.

8. The company will arrange holidays for statutory holidays.

9. Marriage leave, bereavement leave, maternity leave, and sick leave must be approved by the general manager after relevant certificates are passed.

10. When going out, you must go to the office to get an exit pass. The exit pass shall be signed by the direct leader and indicate the reason, departure time and return time.

11. Leave request process: A. Employees requesting leave go to the office to receive the "Employee Leave Slip". B. Employees requesting leave bring the slip to the person in charge of the department for approval. C. General manager approves. D. Employees requesting leave bring the slip to the office for attendance record.
