1. Continue to deepen the teaching reform and continuously improve the teaching quality

The school has undertaken a national key discipline construction project-the construction task of the subject of cardiovascular direction of Uygur internal medicine and four scientific research projects of the Science and Technology Department of the autonomous region on the cultivation, development and efficacy research of Uygur medicine, and carried out research work on some school-level scientific research projects at the same time, and achieved phased results.
Strengthen foreign cooperation and academic exchanges, and cooperate with Jiangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Testing Center of Institute of Pharmacy of China Academy of Medical Sciences, Institute of Uygur Medicine of Autonomous Region and other scientific research units to carry out research and development of 7 kinds of Uygur medicinal herbs and 2 kinds of unilateral ones.
The Journal of Xinjiang Uygur Medical College has been edited and published since 1991, which has greatly promoted the exchange of teaching and scientific research achievements in Uygur medicine. In recent years, teachers and students have published more than 8 papers in academic journals at all levels inside and outside the region, and more than 2 papers have been published in the journal of our school or exchanged at academic seminars at autonomous regions. The consciousness of teachers to carry out teaching and research has been obviously improved, and the atmosphere of teaching and research in our school has become increasingly strong.
Fourth, strengthen the construction of teaching staff and improve their overall quality
The school has always attached importance to the scientific allocation and planned training of teaching staff. When the school was first established, the problem of teachers was solved by transferring an old Uighur doctor to teach, receiving graduates of Uygur medicine from Hotan health school and staying in our school.
