3. Activity content
(1) Carry out mental health knowledge publicity activities. Each school can use blackboard newspapers, bulletin boards, handwritten newspapers, psychological cartoons and other forms to promote mental health knowledge. Through activities such as mental health micro-courses, campus broadcasts, theme class meetings, campus psychological drama performances, and watching psychological movies, students are guided to learn to actively face difficulties and setbacks, and face study and life with a sunny attitude.
(2) Organize pre-examination psychological counseling activities. Implement the "Sunshine Examination Assistance" activity plan, select and form a team of examination psychological counseling lecturers and a team of mental health volunteers, and provide special lectures and lectures on psychological counseling before the high school entrance examination and college entrance examination to our city's junior high school graduates, especially rural junior high school graduates. Psychological counseling activities help candidates adjust their mentality and actively take the exam.
(3) Carry out psychological crisis prevention and intervention. Each school popularizes the knowledge of psychological crisis prevention and response to all teachers and students through special lectures on psychological crisis prevention and intervention, column promotions, campus broadcasts, theme class meetings, etc., and guides teachers and students to cherish life and love life. At the same time, students at high risk for psychological problems will be screened, mental health files will be established, and psychological counseling and referral will be provided.
(4) Carry out home-school education activities. By holding parent meetings or holding parent mental health lectures, we help parents understand the common sense of mental health and the characteristics of students' psychological development at different ages, master the methods of identifying common psychological problems among students, use scientific methods to establish parent-child interactive relationships, and promote the healthy physical and mental growth of students.
(5) Carry out special training activities on mental health for teachers and students. Each school holds special lectures on teachers’ mental health and group psychological quality development activities to reduce teachers’ stress, enhance their sense of professional happiness, and maintain their mental health. Organize special mental health training for class psychological committee members to help students master the knowledge of peer psychological counseling and improve their ability to help peers.
