Second, how to 4M change processing
4M change refers to the quality of the production process to bring a certain impact of the abnormal changes, including operating personnel, equipment, materials, process changes, that is, often referred to as personnel, equipment, materials, methods of change.
If the four elements of 4M are stable, then the final product is also constant, but this is only an ideal state. In reality, personnel, equipment, materials, methods often change, the end result also changes, 4M change management is to control these changes, so that the results in the allowable range of change.
1, 4M change processing program content
4M changes in the scope of the following aspects:
1) changes in operating personnel. Operators due to absenteeism, transfer, separation, when the change from one operator to another operator to carry out operations, the changes generated.
②Change of equipment. Changes in equipment that may have an impact on quality due to temporary replacement or addition of equipment.
③Materials, auxiliary materials change. Enterprises do not have drawings of the material and auxiliary materials, the need for parts of the material and assembly of auxiliary materials for change, should be fully compliant with the customer's views, the technical department is responsible for changing the drawings, or issued a temporary change notice. And the workshop to change the operating instructions, should be submitted to the technical department for approval.
④Change of process method. When the process method is changed, the workshop will change the work instruction and train the workers to master the change.
2, the implementation of the change
1) by the occurrence of the district will change the content of the "4M change book" to the workshop director to sign and send to the quality department, the quality manager to determine the quality of the content of the confirmation required. After receiving the "4M change book" issued by the quality department, the generating area and related departments will implement the changes according to the requirements.
②Handling of changes in the workforce. By the workshop processor in accordance with the requirements of the operating instructions to arrange staff training, team leader every two hours to confirm the quality of the product, until the training is qualified.
③Equipment changes in the processing method. In the implementation process, the workshop technician is responsible for tracking and confirming the quality of the first piece of equipment with changes in the production of qualified products. If not qualified, the relevant departments are required to stop production and re-examine the performance of the equipment. After the change of equipment, the production of the first product by the technician to confirm the qualification, should be carried out by the quality inspector of the small batch production re-inspection, and in the confirmation of the quality of the qualified, before the mass production.
④Handling of material changes. The main reason for material changes is design changes. Design change refers to the design, production, quality of use and other factors need to occur on the product specifications, models, materials, colors, features and other changes.
⑤Handling of change of operation method. Workshop technicians to modify the operating instructions, and guide employees to work according to the new operating methods, dealing with the abnormalities that occur until the employees are skilled. The workshop will mark "△" on the inventory list of 4M changed products.
3, after the change of product quality confirmation
