1, the water pump cannot be started.
If the water pump in the sewage treatment equipment cannot be started, it may be caused by the packing between the impeller and the pump body being too tight and the sundries being blocked. If the pump shaft, bearing and leakage reduction ring are rusted and cannot be used normally, the water pump cannot be started. Packing should be loose and drainage ditch should be dredged. If the parts are corroded and damaged, it is necessary to remove rust or replace them with new ones.
2. Insufficient flow
Because the water pump plays the role of conveying wastewater and pressurized wastewater in sewage treatment equipment, if the flow rate is insufficient, it will lead to poor operation of sewage treatment equipment. Generally, the suction pipe or bottom valve leaks, the water inlet is blocked, the bottom valve is not deep enough, and the pump speed is low. To solve this problem, it is necessary to check the suction pipe and the bottom valve, block the air leakage source, clean up the silt and debris at the water inlet, or increase the depth of the bottom valve into the water.
3. Excessive power consumption
If the power consumption of the water pump is too large, it will lead to the increase of the operating cost of the sewage treatment equipment, which is generally caused by the high rotating speed of the water pump, the bending of the spindle or the misalignment between the spindle of the water pump and the spindle of the motor. To solve this problem, we must first check the electrical voltage, reduce the speed of the water pump, or correct the main shaft of the water pump, or adjust the relative position between the water pump and the motor.
