(4) The Safety Operation Certificate for Road Breaking is approved by the Ministry of Safety and Environment, and the relevant units of the company shall be notified after the approval.
(5) During the construction process, the Department of Safety and Environmental Protection shall inspect the construction site of the disconnection from time to time, and correct any unsafe factors in time.
(F), the disconnecting operator can carry out the disconnecting operation after receiving the "Disconnecting Safety Operation Certificate" and confirming that it is correct.
(vii) When the road is cut off, the construction unit is responsible for setting up the traffic gear bar at the intersection and the road cut off sign.
(viii) Before breaking the road, the construction unit is responsible for setting up fences and traffic warning signs at the construction site, and red lights should be hung for night construction.
(ix), after the end of the road-breaking operation, the construction unit is responsible for cleaning up the site, remove the site, the intersection of the warning signs. After checking and verifying the unit applying for road break, the unit will report to the Ministry of Safety and Environment and notify the units of traffic resumption.
(10) The construction workers have the right to refuse to work if the approval procedure of "Road Breaking Safety Operation Certificate" is incomplete, the safety measures are not implemented, and the operation environment does not meet the requirements.
(xi) The disconnection work shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the content of the Disconnection Safety Operation Certificate, and it is strictly prohibited to alter, transfer, change the content of the work, and expand the scope of work.
(xii), in the case of failure to complete the operation within the time specified in the Disconnect Safety Operation Certificate, the disconnecting applicant shall re-apply for the Disconnect Safety Operation Certificate.
V. Handling of the Disconnection Safety Operation Certificate
(I) The Disconnection Safety Operation Certificate shall be handled by the designated person of the unit applying for the disconnection operation.
(2) The unit applying for disconnection work will get the "Disconnection Safety Operation Certificate" from the Safety and Environment Department, and fill in each item and submit it to the construction unit.
(3), the construction unit to receive, fill in which the construction unit should be filled in, fill in the application unit to the disconnection after handing over.
(4) The application unit for disconnection will be submitted to the Ministry of Safety and Environment for approval, and the approval will be the basis for disconnection operation.
