On July 3, the Beitang River embankment in Gaotian Village, Mitsui Township burst, and the flood once again endangered the warehouse. The leaders of the Materials Bureau quickly organized emergency rescue, and 13 people jumped into the waist-deep rapids, forming a human wall. The rest of the workers immediately dug to fill the gap. Cuiqiao Township organized more than 800 people to fight for 7 days and nights, reinforced and raised dikes of more than 2,000 meters, and the dikes with serious dangers 1 1 were used for planting grass. There are 5 towns and villages in Hehuawei 15 administrative villages, 10000 mu of farmland, and the dike in Cuiqiao section is 3832 meters long. On July 3, the dikes of Shengjiaqiao and Qiujiaqiao were in danger of large-scale breach and dike displacement tendency, and the township flood control headquarters immediately organized personnel to invest in emergency rescue. In the face of the flood, Cuiqiao Township organized the relocation and resettlement of more than 3,000 old people and children trapped by the flood. The township waterworks suddenly installed more than 2,500 meters of tap water pipes for 12 natural villages, so that more than 400 households living in the flood water and 1800 people drank clean tap water.
