There are three main differences between reverse osmosis membranes and reverse osmosis membranes:
1. The water supply volume is different
Reverse osmosis membranes are mainly used in daily life drinking water. With the continuous improvement of reverse osmosis technology, reverse osmosis water supply can now meet the water consumption of the entire kitchen. Ultrafiltration membrane water supply is only suitable for domestic use and washing.
2. Different standards
The standard of reverse osmosis membrane is higher. The ultrafiltration membrane has 100 colonies per milliliter of water and the reverse osmosis membrane has 20 colonies per milliliter of water. It can be said that the standard of reverse osmosis membrane is 4 times higher than that of ultrafiltration membrane.
3. The pore sizes vary greatly
The pore size of the reverse osmosis membrane is only 1/100 of the pore size of the ultrafiltration membrane, so the reverse osmosis membrane can remove extremely small organic molecule pollution from the water. Such as chemical organic matter and organic pesticide pollution. This is not the case with ultrafiltration membranes. The reverse osmosis membrane also has the function of softening water, turning hard water into soft water.
