How to remove the needle of new OPL LQ630

Remove the plastic cover and use a knife to open the thermal paste between the radiator and the head. Turn on the print head and you can change the needle.

Treatment methods and steps for needle damage of LQ-630 printer;

There are two ways to deal with broken needles:

One is to change the printing needle, which is cheaper and economical; The second is to change the print head, but the price of the print head is more expensive. If several needles are broken, it is not worth replacing the print head.

Changing needles is a highly technical and complicated job. First of all, we should understand the structure of this print head: the print head of LQ- 1600K printer has 24 printing needles, which are discharged in two layers, the upper layer 12 long needles and the lower layer 12 short needles.

From the point of view of the print head, the printing needles are arranged in two rows, and the long needles and the short needles are arranged in two rows at intervals (that is, one long needle and one short needle are arranged in each row). If the needle of LQ- 1600K stylus printer is broken, you can take the following steps:

1. Take off the copper back cover and you can see the 12 long needle on the upper layer. First take off a long needle and compare it with a new long needle (that is, a worn new needle, the same below) to see if it is short. If so, this long needle must be broken (the broken needle can be used as a new short needle after treatment) and replaced with a new long needle. Be careful when changing the needle, take it out in one direction for comparison, and then slowly insert it back to its original position. Don't insert any needle wrong, or it will break before it is changed. After installation, press the needle tail of 12 long needle by hand to see if the needle on the needle side is flush. If it is not flush, there will be a broken needle. If it is flush, it means that the broken needle has been replaced. At this time, you can cover the copper back cover, fasten the tripod clamp and print the needle.

Put some glass glue around the handle, put it back in the square iron sleeve and break the needle.

2. If the short needle is broken, it is necessary to remove all the 12 long needles and the copper sleeve inside to see the 12 short needle. Take down each short needle in turn, and compare it with the new short needle to judge whether the needle is broken. If so, carefully insert the new short needle into the original position, and cover it with the inner copper sleeve after inspection and comparison. Every time you load the needle, press the end of the needle by hand to see if the position of the needle is correct from one side of the needle (mainly to see if the arrangement spacing of short needles is equal). If it is not correct, please reload. After installation, fasten the three-pin clamp, apply some glass glue around the handle of the printing needle and put it in a square iron sleeve.

3. Put the repaired print head back to the printer, and test it with a broken needle maintenance-free program to see if there is any broken needle. If yes, repeat the corresponding steps for processing. If there is no broken needle, the maintenance is over.

4. Maintain the printer regularly. First, check whether the ribbon needs to be replaced. If the color has sand holes, the ribbon is wrinkled or the printing marks are deep, the ribbon should be replaced in time. The second is to clean the print head. Correct cleaning method: take off the ribbon, take off the print head connected by cable, connect the printer to the computer, hold the print head by hand (needle side down), and soak the front of the print head in anhydrous alcohol, so that the dirt on the needle side of the print head will be cleaned quickly; Third, print with good quality paper (such as 70g double-sided paper). When waxing paper, take off the ribbon for printing, and clean the wax on the printing needle in time after printing. Through the above three points, the wax on the printing needle can be extended to the maximum extent. Through the above three points, the life of the print head can be extended to the greatest extent, thus reducing the maintenance cost.

The text printed by the printer is short of pens and pictures, so it should be thought that it may be caused by broken needles. First, take off the print head and carefully scrub the needle outlet end of the print head with absorbent cotton and anhydrous alcohol. After cleaning, use the 24-pin printer broken needle maintenance-free program (Patch24.com) in UCDOS6.0 to detect the status of the printing needle, so as to judge whether it is a long needle or a short needle, and where the printing needle is broken, and make records.

6. Grind a few long needles and short needles for later use. Whether it is a long needle or a short needle, the new needle must be ground before it can be used, otherwise even if it is replaced with a new needle, there will still be broken needles (because the new needle that has not been ground cuts the ribbon and it is easy to break the needle). Grinding method: put the new needle along 45? The edges and corners are ground on the fine sand skin. During the grinding process, the new needle is rotated continuously, and then the edges and corners are ground on the white cardboard.

7. Because the printing needle handle where the printing needle is located is glued to the square iron sleeve with glass, it is necessary to take out the printing needle handle before changing the needle. First loosen the tripod clamp, hold the square iron sleeve with both hands, then gently push out the handle of the printing needle with two thumbs, and put the printing head needle face down into the square iron sleeve.
