5, engine start, prohibit checking the fan belt or any kind of maintenance; running parts or its near the engine should be stopped before maintenance.
6. The radiator cap must not be removed until the cooling water has cooled down, and before removing the radiator cap, the internal pressure should first be released.
7, hydraulic oil tank refueling, oil drainage, dismantling oil pipe or other related maintenance, first of all should release the internal pressure of the hydraulic pipeline.
8, in the grinding, welding, should pay special attention to nearby personnel; in swinging the sledgehammer before, must check the firmness of the hammer handle; swinging, no one nearby.
9, in general, the moving arm should be put down, such as maintenance needs, the moving arm is in the lifting state, must be supported firmly, strictly protect the safety of the operating personnel.
10, in the equipment under the work, should hang a warning sign in the cab, if necessary, in the equipment around the same warning sign.
11, working on the top of the equipment, should be balanced to prevent falling, should be arranged beforehand, to prevent errors in starting the engine or moving equipment.
12, when removing the tracks, it is forbidden to put your fingers in the middle of the track hooves, and when removing the tires, the equipment should be topped up high and padded with wedges to protect it and prevent it from falling.
13. When disassembling the engine and its assembly, suitable lifting equipment should be used; during lifting and transportation, avoid shaking of the lifting parts and do not stand under the lifting parts.
14. When assembling the assembly, the correct operation method should be adopted.
15, in the use of electric welding, wind welding, drilling machine, sander, hand-held power tools and other tools, should follow their relevant safety regulations.
