Sometimes the voltage fluctuates abnormally, the voltage is unstable; resistance is too large, the motor speed drops; serious internal wear and tear will affect the pressure value of the air pump, sometimes the air pump pressure is insufficient, the motor in order to maintain the speed and ensure power, it will desperately increase the current, the current exceeds the rated, wire loss and so on will increase, serious damage to the motor may be.
Reasons for not stopping the air pump when pressure is reached
When the air pump is working, when the air pressure in the storage cylinder does not reach the pressure set by the regulator, the gas entering the regulator from the storage cylinder can not open the regulator valve.
When the air pressure in the storage cylinder reaches the pressure set by the regulator, the gas entering the regulator from the storage cylinder opens the regulator valve and enters the air channel in the air pump which is connected with the regulator, and through the air channel the air inlet of the air pump is controlled to be always open, so as to make the air pump run with no load, and to realize the purpose of reducing the loss of power and protecting the air pump.
When the air pressure in the storage cylinder is lower than the pressure set by the regulator due to loss, the valve in the regulator is returned by the return spring, disconnecting the control airway of the air pump, and the air pump starts pumping again. If the air pump still does not stop after the pressure is reached, you can check from the following two aspects:
1, see what the set pressure is, is not too large.
2, check the protection circuit, is not a micro-relay electric shock burned out, or control the air pump contactor contacts burned out.
