The dormitories in Chengnan Campus are divided into ordinary types (4-6 people/room, public sanitary facilities); one-bedroom, one bathroom and balcony types (3-6 people/room) Each room is equipped with network interfaces, curtains, writing desks, storage cabinets, single beds and other learning and living facilities.
The central campus dormitory is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom and balcony apartment (6 people/room), equipped with single beds, desks, storage cabinets, solar showers, heating, Internet and other learning and living facilities.
Apartment Management
The apartment area is managed by dedicated personnel 24 hours a day, and security patrols are conducted 24 hours a day. At the same time, in order to protect the physical and mental health of students and develop good living habits, the apartment area is disconnected from the Internet at night. Lights-out system (except for special times such as holidays).
There is a dedicated laundry room in the apartment to provide students with convenient and preferential services. The logistics service center provides maintenance services for dormitory facilities to every student at any time.
Accommodation fee
Chengnan campus: 500 yuan/year (room for 6 people, single bed, desk, storage cabinet, Internet); 800 yuan/year (room for 4-6 people, single Bed, desk, storage cabinet, Internet); 1,000-1,200 yuan/year (room for 3-6 people, single bed, desk, storage cabinet, Internet).
Central campus: 1,200 yuan/year (room for 6 people, single bed, desk, storage cabinet, solar shower, heating, Internet).
The fee standard includes 80 kilowatt-hours of electricity and 40 tons of water per student per year. The excess will be charged by the school based on cost.
There is an additional heating fee of 110 yuan per year for dormitories with heating facilities on the central campus.
After new students enroll, the school will arrange accommodation. For unified management, students' daily necessities are purchased and handled by the school through bidding.
Students’ evaluation of the dormitories
The dormitories are pretty good, depending on which campus you are on. I don’t know much about the Chengnan campus, but I heard that the conditions are not as good as the center. The facilities in the central dormitories are relatively good, with beds and tables. Each dormitory accommodates six people. It has heating, air conditioning and a private bathroom. The situation in various dormitories in the south of the city is different. Building 1 is empty, while Buildings 5, 6, 7 and 8 all have beds and tables, and private bathrooms. Building 2 3 4 has separate cabinets and tables, and the bathroom is private. There is an elevator in Building 5, and there is a reading room, study room, conference room and medical room on the first and second floors. There are two public bathhouses in the dormitory area, as well as supermarkets and express stations.
