Through the detailed explanation of the staff, on the one hand, we reviewed the basic theoretical knowledge related to integrated circuits, and at the same time, we had a comprehensive and in-depth understanding and understanding of the production scale and corporate culture of Shougang Nidian. Then, accompanied by the staff, we personally visited the post-production workshop of SGNEC for the first time. In the past, we only watched the manufacturing process of integrated circuits through videos in class. This actual visit filled our hearts with excitement.
With the increasing requirements of integrated circuit integration and performance, the requirements of production technology for production environment are also increasing. The requirements of various processes before and after the production of large-scale and ultra-large-scale integrated circuits are more stringent, and their temperature, humidity, air cleanliness, air pressure and electrostatic protection are strictly controlled.
In order to reduce the dust particles brought into the workshop, we all put on special plastic bags for shoe covers before officially entering the post-production workshop. The first thing you can see through the window of the aisle is the clean factory building and the workers wearing "rabbit clothes". In the closed workshop, most of the production of IC post-processing technology is completed by robots, and workers only play the role of auxiliary operation and monitoring. There are strict purification and electrostatic removal facilities at the entrance of each workshop to prevent pollution sources from being brought into the production line and the instantaneous breakdown of devices by static electricity, ensure the quality and performance of products and improve the yield of devices. Then, we saw the packaging production line, mainly the packaging of resin materials. Epoxy resin packaging, on the one hand, plays the role of dust-proof, moisture-proof and direct sunlight prevention, on the other hand, it enhances the chip's ability to resist mechanical collision, and at the same time, the packaging leads the internal leads to the external leads, which is convenient for connection and application.
In the post-production workshop of SGNEC, what impressed me the most was an eye-catching poster "At a glance". Only by asking the staff can I understand the mystery: in the layout design of integrated circuits, the most taboo is the appearance of "clear at a glance" layout, on the one hand, to protect the patents of our products from imitation and plagiarism; On the other hand, because integrated circuits are high-tech industries, meaningless imitation and plagiarism will only limit the development of integrated circuits. Only by integrating innovative ideas into R&D products can we promote the rapid and healthy development of integrated circuits.
During the whole visit, we can see clean workshops, spotless equipment and conscientious workers, and we can feel the characteristic culture, meticulous and rigorous working atmosphere, meticulous working attitude and scientific and serious working style of the enterprise from beginning to end. Undeniably, all of us should learn from them and apply their work attitude and style to the study of our professional basic knowledge, so as to meet the current demand for integrated circuit talents.
This visit, due to the limitations of integrated circuit production itself, can only be visited from a distance, and it is a pity that we can't further consult and learn from skilled workers. On the whole, this activity was a great success.
Through this off-campus visit and internship, we have further deepened our knowledge and understanding of microelectronics, reviewed the basic theoretical knowledge, stimulated our interest in microelectronics, and promoted our independent initiative in learning professional knowledge. Under the top blowing of oxygen, it is calcined at higher temperature, which further reduces the carbon content in iron and adjusts the content of other metal elements in molten iron, meeting the requirements of steel. After the molten steel is discharged from the furnace, there are two ways to go. (1) After cooling, it is hardened and cast into slabs, billets and rectangular billets in the continuous casting workshop. These billets can't be called steel yet, and they need to be rolled to meet the needs of various reproduction departments. The bar, wire and angle steel produced by rolling are the final products. (2) The molten steel must be further treated by LF furnace, and the steel quality at this time is more excellent. After thin slab continuous casting and rolling, these steels have to go through a large pickling tank for pickling, so as to be galvanized. In this way, hot-rolled steel plates, cold-rolled steel plates, galvanized steel plates, pickled steel plates, precoated steel plates and other products are produced. These production processes are carried out under the control and monitoring of precision instruments. The temperature and degree of calcination need automatic or semi-automatic instrument control. Under the condition of modern production, a large number of high-quality steel products are produced to meet the needs of construction.
