Article 7 belonging to the 108th category of this list of industries, emissions units involved in this list of general processes of key management, simplified management or registration management, it should be involved in the 109th to 112th category of this list of boilers, industrial furnaces and kilns, surface treatment, water treatment and other general processes to apply for a sewage discharge permit or fill in the sewage discharge registration form; one of the following circumstances, but also its production facilities and the corresponding outfalls, etc. should apply for a sewage discharge permit. and the corresponding outlets and other applications for key management of sewage permits:
(a) included in the list of key sewage disposal units;
(b) sulfur dioxide or nitrogen oxides emissions greater than 250 tons per year;
(c) fume emissions greater than 500 tons per year;
(d) chemical oxygen demand greater than 30 tons of annual emissions, or Total nitrogen emissions greater than 10 tons per year, or total phosphorus emissions greater than 0.5 tons per year;
(v) ammonia nitrogen, petroleum and volatile phenols combined emissions greater than 30 tons per year;
(vi) other single toxic and hazardous air and water pollutants, the number of pollution equivalents greater than 3000. The pollution equivalent number is calculated in accordance with the provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Environmental Protection Tax. Article VIII of this directory does not provide for the sewage disposal units, do need to be included in the management of sewage discharge permits, its sewage discharge permit management category by the provincial ecological and environmental authorities to put forward proposals, reported to the Ministry of Ecology and Environment to determine.
