Chapter I General principles

Article IX In addition to the contents of Article 8 of these measures, the financial departments at or above the provincial level may, according to the management needs, increase the content of government procurement information to be announced.
Article 10 The announcement of open tendering shall include the following contents:
(1) the name, address and contact information of the purchaser, the purchasing agent;
(2) the name, purpose, quantity, brief technical requirements of the tendering project or the nature of the tendering project;
(3) the qualification requirements of the suppliers;

Article 12 The announcement of the successful tender shall include the following:
(1) the name, address and contact information of the purchaser and the procurement agency;
(2) the name of the procurement project, its purpose, quantity, brief technical requirements and the date of fulfillment of the contract;
(3) the date of finalization of the tender (with the number of the solicitation document);
(4) the date of this project bidding announcement date;
(v) the name and address of the winning supplier and the winning amount;
(vi) the list of the members of the bid evaluation committee;
(vii) the name and telephone number of the contact person of the procurement project.
Article 13 Correction notice of procurement information shall include the following:
(1) the name, address and contact information of the purchaser, the procurement agency;
(2) the name of the procurement project originally announced and the date of the first announcement;
(3) the corrected matter, content and date;
(4) the contact person for the procurement project and telephone.

Article 15 The announcement of the complaint handling decision shall include the following contents:
(1) the name of the purchaser, procurement agency;
(2) the name of the procurement project and the procurement date;

Chapter III Management of Public Announcement of Government Procurement Information

(a) bidding and tendering information to restrict or exclude potential bidders with unreasonable conditions;

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions
Article 35 Provincial financial departments may, in accordance with these measures, to develop specific implementation measures.
