According to Yan Suxia, vice president of Baofeng County People's Hospital, the three major centers information technology project adopts information technology means, which can automatically obtain the time nodes, build a digital acute and critical care information system, establish a closed-loop management system of the whole process of the patient from the onset of the disease, diagnosis and treatment to the recovery, and achieve the management effect of efficient collaboration, diagnosis and treatment homogenization, full monitoring and full area coverage. The system can improve the efficiency of multidisciplinary collaboration within the hospital, improve the mechanism of cooperation between pre-hospital emergency care and in-hospital emergency care as well as emergency care between upper and lower level hospitals, and shorten the overall treatment time of patients in the three centers.
Yan Suxia said that the project can seamlessly connect to the national data platform to realize the three major centers data direct reporting, effectively improve the quality of data reporting, greatly reducing the workload of doctors. At the same time, the project also establishes a high-risk group screening and follow-up system for discharged patients, helping hospitals realize the integration of cerebrovascular disease screening, prevention, treatment and management.

The "process-driven" built-in rules engine can empower regional and county-level hospitals to achieve standardized and homogeneous diagnosis and treatment of chest pain, stroke and trauma centers.
"Data-driven" is able to realize the closed loop of data for pre-hospital emergency care, in-hospital emergency care, critical care, hospitalization and post-hospital follow-up of cardiovascular diseases. In addition, "data-driven" can also collect data in different dimensions such as time nodes, clinical examination and diagnosis, and medical behaviors, etc. Based on data empowerment, it can provide auxiliary decision support for operation management, auxiliary diagnosis and health management.
Since the project was launched in mid-May, it has completed the pre-implementation planning, deployment of servers and positioning base stations, installation of large display screens, hardware and software installation and debugging, and training of relevant personnel in the Emergency Department, Cardiology, Divinity, Trauma Clinic, and Intervention Room. By the end of June, the system has recorded 26 cases of chest pain patients, 14 cases of stroke patients and 13 cases of trauma patients, realizing the effects of automatic capture of time nodes and automatic analysis of statistical data.
Subsequently, Baofeng County People's Hospital conducted a targeted simulation exercise on the three major center processes.
