III. Personnel
(a) At least 0.88 health technicians per bed.
(ii) At least 3 physicians, 5 nurses and 1 mental health professional.
(iii) The person in charge of the operation of the drug treatment section should be qualified for a professional and technical post at the intermediate level or above, have been engaged in mental health or drug treatment medical work for more than 3 years, and should have the appropriate expertise in mental health.
(d) Closed management of the drug treatment section should be equipped with at least four security personnel with legal induction qualifications.
Four, medical premises
(a) Each bed has a floor area of not less than 35 square meters.
(b) The net usable area per bed in the ward is not less than 6 square meters.
(c) The average outdoor space for drug addicts is not less than 2 square meters per bed.
(4) Ventilation, lighting and safety are in line with the management and health requirements of drug rehabilitation medical institutions.
V. Equipment and facilities
Oxygen supply equipment, artificial respiration resuscitation ball, electric suction, necessary disinfection facilities, cardiac monitor, gastric lavage machine, necessary rescue medicines and facilities, instrument cabinets, narcotic drugs and the first category of psychotropic drugs safe, computers, and equipped with special sanitary bathing facilities for drug addicts. Monitoring and alarm facilities can be installed where available.
