4. For patients who fail to provide the Health Insurance Handbook or a copy of it at the time of hospitalization, or who are prompted to be blacklisted on the network according to the information of the Health Insurance Handbook, they are required to pay the hospitalization deposit in full, and then reimbursement will be made to the area of health insurance payment after discharge settlement.
