Sichuan University West China Hospital Development History:
1, 1937, the outbreak of the war of resistance against Japan in full swing, the Central University, Yenching University, Qilu University, Jinling University, Jinling Women's College of Arts and Sciences relocated inwardly to Chengdu, and the West China University of West China Union Medical College to jointly run the school to run a medical school.
2, in 1946 after the victory in the war, the universities moved back, the hospital was renamed the West China University Hospital, West China University Hospital in the current site of all completed, referred to as the West China Hospital.
3, 1985, Sichuan Medical College was renamed West China Medical University, the hospital was renamed the First Hospital of West China Medical University.
