The above-listed places or facilities must be reviewed by the Municipal Meteorological Lightning Defense Center for design plans, tracking quality testing and completion acceptance. Article V of the lightning protection project shall be designed, constructed and put into use at the same time with the main project. Article 6 lightning protection engineering design should be based on local lightning activity and local geological, meteorological and environmental conditions, combined with lightning protection object protection scope and purpose, in accordance with national and industry regulations of lightning protection design specifications for design. 2, grounding devices, lead wires, flashover, electrical equipment and information systems lightning protection and grounding design;
3, equipotential connection of the reserved parts, equalizing pressure ring, Glass curtain wall equipotential connection and shielding design drawings;
4, electrical equipment and information systems surge protector layout design drawings;
5, the relevant drawings for special projects. Article 8 Hohhot Meteorological Lightning Defense Center to review the following aspects involving lightning protection projects:
(1) the design qualification certificate of the design unit and the qualification certificate of the designers;
(2) the construction qualification certificate of the construction unit and the qualification certificate of the construction personnel;
(3) the design drawings and related materials. Article 9 Hohhot Meteorological Lightning Defense Center shall give feedback to the competent administrative department of construction for the non-conformity of the design of the lightning protection project and require the construction unit to rectify the original design of the lightning protection project within a limited period of time until it conforms to the design requirements of the lightning protection project and obtains the certificate of conformity before issuing the construction permit. Municipal meteorological lightning defense center shall, according to the characteristics of the construction project, develop lightning protection engineering testing program, and issue a letter of opinion on testing, notify the construction unit. Problems found in the completion of acceptance, the city lightning defense center should be issued in a timely manner to rectify the letter of advice, the construction unit, the construction unit should be rectified as soon as possible according to the requirements of the completion of the application for re-inspection to the municipal lightning defense center in a timely manner.
Lightning protection project tracking quality inspection report, lightning protection project acceptance test report and acceptance certificate as a construction project completion acceptance of the quality of the project approved the necessary basis.
No lightning protection engineering acceptance test report and acceptance certificate of the construction project shall not be put into use. (d) lightning protection project in the construction process, refused to City Lightning Protection and Defense Center for tracking the quality of the test;
(e) the completion of the lightning protection project does not notify the City Lightning Defense Center to participate in the acceptance, put into use without permission;
(f) lightning protection devices, refused to test or failed by the test, and refused to rectify;
(g) the major lightning disaster concealment;
(h) the installation and use of lightning protection devices do not meet the requirements for use.
