Heilongjiang Radio and TV Station (HLJTV for short) was established on 20 15128 October, and was formed by the merger of the former Heilongjiang People's Broadcasting Station (founded on 1945) and the former Heilongjiang TV Station (founded on 1958). It is a department-level institution directly under the Heilongjiang provincial government and is affiliated to Heilongjiang.
