4. High cost: The cost of senior care services is generally high, which is a heavy burden for the less well-off elderly. In addition, due to insufficient competition in the market, there is monopolization and non-transparency in the prices of elderly services.
5. Lack of personalized services: Elderly service providers usually provide standardized services and lack personalized and differentiated care. Elderly people have diversified needs and require more attentive and personalized services.
6. Insufficient culture and social support for the elderly: Society is not paying enough attention to the elderly, and the culture and concept of the elderly need to be improved. At the same time, the social support system for the elderly is not perfect, and there is a lack of comprehensive social security and welfare policies.
