Shenyang Science Palace Convention and Exhibition Center's exhibitors instructions

In order to create a safe and comfortable exhibition environment, to ensure the smooth progress of the exhibition, Shenyang Science Palace Convention and Exhibition Center has formulated these instructions, please read and comply with all users.

I. Entering and leaving the exhibition hall

All personnel entering the exhibition hall and working in the exhibition hall shall wear and show the valid ID issued by Shenyang Science Palace Convention and Exhibition Center and the lessee. Exhibitors shall enter and leave the exhibition halls every day in strict accordance with the opening and closing times announced by the General Assembly, and shall not leave the exhibition halls until the booths are cleared by the security personnel when the halls are cleared. The normal operating hours of the exhibition halls shall be from 8:30 a.m. to 16:30 p.m. Each day, exhibitors shall apply to the HKCEC for an extension of the working hours before 15:30 p.m. on the same day.

II. Fire Safety

The lessee, exhibitors, and construction units must strictly implement the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Fire Protection". "No unit or individual shall damage or unauthorized misappropriation, removal, deactivation of fire fighting facilities and equipment, burying, sealing, encircling fire hydrants, occupying fire spacing, or blocking fire escapes."

Three, electrical operation

The electrical operation during the exhibition shall strictly abide by the electrical safety regulations issued by Shenyang City and stipulated by the Science Palace. Exhibitors must provide all electrical equipment details, power consumption and other necessary technical information to the Convention and Exhibition Center before entering the pavilion. The holder of the electrical equipment must notify the Convention and Exhibition Center after the installation of the equipment is completed, and the power can be sent after confirmation, and after inspection and power supply, the Convention and Exhibition Center will stop power supply and will not be responsible for maintenance of any faults occurring due to the problems of its own equipment. If maintenance is required by the HKCEC, both parties shall negotiate and solve the problem, and the cost shall be borne by the exhibitors. a. Unlicensed electricians are not allowed to carry out electrical work; b. Without the consent of the electricians of the exhibition hall, no unit or individual shall privately connect the wires to obtain electricity or change the power supply lines, spotlights, sockets and other electric facilities; c. Each standard booth shall be provided with two spotlights (within 220V/60W) and one socket, which is allowed to be used for audio-visual equipment and not exceeding the capacity of 500W only. Audio-visual equipment is allowed to use, overloading of electricity is not allowed; d. If there is a special demand for electricity, please contact the service desk to fulfill the relevant procedures, such as applying for the power does not match the actual, the excess part of the electricity charges, such as on-site alteration of the installation of additional power supply plus a surcharge of 50%; e. Before the closing of the hall every day, exhibitors should cut off the power supply for their use.

Dangerous and Prohibited Items

The use of open flames is strictly prohibited in the exhibition halls, and it is strictly prohibited to bring flammable and explosive substances and other dangerous goods or devices of a radioactive, poisonous, noxious or corrosive nature into the exhibition halls, and it is not permitted to store or use pressure vessels in the exhibition halls, and smoking is prohibited in the exhibition halls.

V. Foundation construction

The use of electric saws, electric planes and welding machines is strictly prohibited in the exhibition hall, and sawing and heavy hammering operations are not allowed. It is strictly prohibited to carry out basic construction work, including: carpentry, paint, spray paint and so on. If it is necessary to set up the exhibition or exhibition, prior consent should be obtained from the security department and the exhibition management department. No noise exceeding 80 decibels shall be emitted in the exhibition hall, and no odor polluting the environment of the exhibition hall shall be emitted.

VI. Load-bearing Load and Facility Management

The weight of exhibits and articles arranged shall not exceed the following ground load: 1,500 kg/square meter for the first floor exhibition hall; 400 kg/square meter for the second and third floor exhibition halls. Users of the exhibition halls shall ensure safety in the process of implementing the booth layout plan, and shall not change, dismantle or damage the buildings, facilities, installations and exhibition racks in the exhibition halls, etc. In particular, it is not permitted to hang items on the ceiling; collide with or squeeze the exhibition racks, or hang heavy objects on the exhibition racks; drag and drop the items on the ground directly; or use the escalators to transport the goods.

VII. Use of Facilities and Environmental Hygiene

During the exhibition period, it is necessary to keep the walls, floors, facilities, exhibition boards, exhibition tools, tables and chairs intact, hygienic and clean. It is prohibited to paste double-sided tape, sponge glue, yellow tape, industrial glue, latex, press nails, nail, punch holes, open slots, knife scratches and write with all kinds of pen and ink on the above facilities; it is prohibited to litter with garbage and sundries. The exhibitor or lessee shall be responsible for cleaning up the construction garbage, wastes, materials, etc. discarded during the installation and dismantling of the booth. All exhibits and decorative materials should be taken out of the exhibition hall when the exhibitor withdraws from the exhibition, and if there is a need to store them, the exhibitor should contact the service counter before the withdrawal of the exhibition.

VIII. Management of articles

During the period of setting up, exhibiting and withdrawing from the exhibition, the Lessee and the Exhibitor shall take care of their own exhibits and properties; valuables shall be insured; small-sized valuables and money shall be taken out of the exhibition hall after clearing the hall. The exhibits should be counted before the closing of the exhibition hall every day and reviewed within ten minutes of the opening of the exhibition hall on the next day. Any loss of the exhibits should be reported immediately to the security department of the Science Palace.

Nine, advertising

The right to advertise in the outdoor area of the exhibition hall and the exhibition hall of the public **** area belongs to the Shenyang Science Palace Convention and Exhibition Center, if the lessee or exhibitors need to be in the above position such as drapes, banners, arches, balloons, posters, modeling and other forms of advertising, must be handled beforehand in the Exhibition Center for the relevant procedures, and can only be implemented only after getting the confirmation of the permission and is responsible for the final cleanliness of the use of the location. It is also responsible for the final cleaning of the location of use.

X. Management of Special Installation

Special installation companies shall pay a deposit of 500 RMB/18 square meters for special installation before entering the exhibition hall of the Science Palace; during the period of exhibition, the temporary use of electricity shall be subject to the payment of electricity fee and connection fee of 100 RMB/family before the use of the booth; the cost of electricity for the booth shall be calculated according to the power of the electricity used, and if there is any special use of electricity (power electricity and overloaded electricity), the connection fee and electricity fee will be paid separately. Each booth (i.e. 9 square meters) shall not use more than 200W of lighting power, and individual lighting fixtures shall not exceed 200W. If there is any exceeding, notify the HKCEC in time, and pay the relevant fees after the agreement of the HKCEC before the construction work is carried out, and if any person is found to have failed to go through the formalities, the power supply will be stopped and the person will be responsible for the consequences; pay the management fee of RMB 20 yuan/square meter for the special installation; special installation companies shall pay the delay fee for delaying the exhibition, and the fee shall be referred to the following For details of the charges, please refer to the Service Desk Extension Charging Standards.

Xi. Violation of regulations

Science Palace will take the following measures for the violation of the "Instructions for the Users of the Exhibition Hall": a. Stop the violation of regulations immediately; b. Ask for rectification; c. Prohibit the people or articles violating the regulations to enter the exhibition halls; d. Close the booths violating the regulations; e. Ask for compensation of the damage caused by its behavior; f. Send the serious cases to the judicial department for handling. judicial department to deal with the case. Shenyang Science Palace Convention and Exhibition Center will not bear the losses caused to the lessee and exhibitors due to the implementation of measures a to f above.
