Rural medical infrastructure hardware went up, why is there still a shortage of medical personnel?

Medical conditions in the countryside are getting better and better, both the medical environment and medical equipment have been very much improved and enhanced, many modern equipment has been entered into the village health room, and the environment has been greatly improved, some of the price of medicines has also been clearly defined, the farmers to visit the hospital spend a lot less. Take our town as an example, the original township health center has only one floor and five rooms, specializing in medical doctors only three or four, but last year the new construction of a five-story hospital building, the number of doctors increased to more than 20, and purchased a lot of advanced medical equipment, hospital environment has also been greatly improved.

But in this case, the farmers to these township health centers or rural health clinics to consult the hospital is getting lower and lower, basically a small illness or cold to buy some medicine, a little more serious will go directly to the county-level hospitals. Not only that, now the township health center doctor's visit to the hospital is also increasingly low, the original township health center can still do a small surgery and so on, but now basically are not willing to do.

Smaller think this situation, there are several reasons:

From the point of view of the farmers: First, they are worried about their own condition. With the gradual increase in farmers' income, they pay more and more attention to their own health, hoping that their condition will be detected and treated early without delay. Secondly, they are worried about the ability of the township doctors to find better doctors for both major and minor illnesses.

From the doctor's point of view: Firstly, the relationship between doctors and patients has been tense in recent years, so I'm afraid that something will happen if I don't look after my patients. Secondly, the doctor's income structure has changed, the original township doctors can get a commission to see a doctor to do surgery, but after the pharmaceutical price reform, this part of the commission is gone, the doctor basically get a fixed salary, see a doctor is so much money, do not see or so much money, which led to the doctor's willingness to see a doctor is low.

So now a lot of small illnesses township doctors look at after letting go to a large hospital, and farmers usually go to the township will basically go to buy some medicine, over time, the formation of a vicious circle, resulting in both the doctor's willingness to see a doctor or the willingness of the farmers to visit the clinic have been reduced.
